MOVIE or TV SERIES which inspired The Crown Princess and the Footman trilogy (part 1)

The Crown Princess and the Footman was triggered by amazing creations of books, movies, and music. One of them ,which had a huge impact, was a British television series called Downton Abbey. My interest started with the fact that I like the clothing style of the era and the endearing aesthetic. It had so many things that was very hook-worthy of a period-drama/historical theme.

The characters in the series were very diverse and cunning. They got me immersed and invested in all of their well-being. Not only the Crawley's, but also the staff. The way each characters were focused on, gave a sense of empathy and understanding.

The setting was beautiful, mostly showing the intricate architectures and beautiful nature.

It had always been resolved positively in every episodes. Well... sometimes, heartbreakingly... I had found myself crying in sorrow or cheering in gladness while watching this series from start to finish. And most importantly, it gave me a sense of understanding about the British perspective of their time in around 1910 to 1925, which delighted me to know about.
